What file types do you accept?
PNG (preferred - transparent background), JPG, or SVG. 300 DPI minimum for sharp prints.
Do you offer free file checks?
Yes. Every upload is reviewed by a human before printing. We'll flag low resolution, weird color profiles, or anything that won't press cleanly.
Can I reorder a previous design?
Yes. All uploaded artwork is saved in your account library - reorder in two clicks.
What's the smallest detail you can print?
Hairline text and 0.5pt strokes hold up beautifully thanks to high-density DTF film.
Shipping & Production
How long is production?
Most orders ship in 2–4 business days. Rush options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship worldwide. Rates and ETA are shown at checkout based on your address.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll get a tracking link the moment your transfer leaves the lab.
Pressing & Care
What pressing temperature should I use?
320°F (160°C) for 12–15 seconds. Cold or warm peel depending on the film, then re-press with parchment for 5 seconds.
What fabrics does DTF work on?
Cotton, polyester, blends, performance wear, denim, canvas, fleece, and most synthetics.
How should I wash printed garments?
Wait 24 hours after pressing, then wash inside-out on cold. Tumble dry low. No bleach, no dry cleaning.
Can I use a household iron?
We strongly recommend a heat press. Irons can't deliver even pressure or accurate temperature.

Do you have order minimums?
No minimums. Order one transfer or a thousand - the same per-unit price tiers apply.
Do prices include taxes?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
